The link also says 83-85.... I dunno if it will fit my '89 air box....

You'll have to buy the assembly to get that for your year Joe. I seen one on CL today for $5000.

(j/k of course, I am clueless on this one)

I think that is a pretty common part to have break. I would bet the dealer has them in stock. I need to replace the one in my '79 also.

I bought one for my 86 they should all be the same dunno why it says 83-85.

I repaired mine with a flat washer and a screw and didn't have to replace it.
