Another New Kid
Hey everyone. This is my first truck. I always loved it when I was a kid and my grandpa gave it to me when I got my license last year. So far Ive put the wheels on it and cleaned it all up. Then I put a Kenwood radio, Kicker speakers, 12 inch subwoofer, and an amp in it. I love looking at all your guys' sweet trucks and hopefully mine will be like yours one day. Here is a few pics. Let me know what ya think.

Re: Another New Kid
Awesome truck. In my favorite color too. I bought a 98 just like that new. Except for the wheels of course. Welcome from the northwest coast.

Re: Another New Kid
Thanks for all the compliments guys. Just today I pulled off that big silver chevrolet band off the tailgate and the Silverado badges on the side of cab behind the windows. I think it looks nice, Ill post some pics up soon.

Re: Another New Kid
Welcome red! Great truck -- I love a good 88-98 shortwide. Our 88-98 section is really growing and it's always great to see young guys jumping in. Any more plans for the truck in the future?

Re: Another New Kid
Thanks jb. I start college in about a month so I have a low budget but my next thing is possibly a 2/4 drop ( I still use it in the winter with stock wheels so I cant go too low), a new back window ( the original seals are leaking), or maybe an exhaust and intake. Eventually, I wanna beast it out with a big block and all that crazy stuff but thats the future. I gotta get that degree first! Heres what I did this weekend...
