72 Blazer Top

I bought this project Blazer with the top off. Now I'm ready to put the top on and still don't know if I have a single wall top or a double wall top. LMC says the way you tell is if the bolts are inserted top-down or bottom-up.. I don't have any bolts and the top isn't on the truck. Are there other way to tell if you have a single or double wall top???? It must weigh 350 to 400lbs. I'm thinking double wall, but the bottom rail is only a single thickness of about 1/8 inch???
I would appreciate some expert advise...

If you have two dome lights on the driver side it is a single. No dome lights it is a double.

where can i get bolts for the top??

Check the top of the bedside on the truck. If you can see threaded holes in the holes, it is setup to take a single wall. You could also look under the top of the bedsides on the inside and you will see captured nuts that the bolts would go into if it were to take a single wall top. If the holes are just plain holes it would take a double wall.

If you can see the thickness of the top's flange, then I bet you have a single wall with the dome lights on the driver's side.

From what I read both the single and double walled tops weigh about the same.

if your top is setting upright, and you can't see any mounting holes looking down at the inside of it, then you have a double wall Also doubles have a seam on the inside running from front to back, where singles have kinda square paterns on the inside. Most people like the singles because you can get at the bolts without taking off the side panels. I like the doubles because I think they look cleaner, and I never take my top off anyway. I found a picture of mine, not very good but if you look under the side windows you can see it's kinda flush with the sides, and no lip to run bolts through.

Nope, Jimmy's still missing. It's a rig I made for hunting, opens into queen size bed, with storage under. Pretty comfy too, with a great 360 view.
