100% yes. Thats why most people buy them for trucks they are converting to tilt.

Yes we are in the midst of doing ALOT of new steering column stuff so i will keep you guys posted. WE ARE TOTALLY OUT OF STOCK ON COLUMNS RIGHT NOW.
