Does anybody know the difference (if any) between headlight bezels from '67-'68 and '69-'72 GMC's? The new repop ones only claim to be correct for the later models.
I'm trying to find a chrome grill and bezel set for my '67 and am almost considering giving up on finding a nice used set and buying repro pieces, but I'd like to know what the differences are. Having my original bezels chromed is probably more expensive than just buying some.

Re: 67-68 vs 69-72 GMC headlight bezels
The 67 and some 68 bezels don't have a dimple to adjust the headlights is all i know of. Most people wouldn't even know...

The 67-68 bezels are bigger that the 69-72.
The 67-68 screws directly to the fender on the outside edge. If the photo shows up you can see the difference in the 67-68 bezel against a 69 grill. TW |

Re: 67-68 vs 69-72 GMC headlight bezels
So those are the little dents to access the adjuster screws? Hmm... I think that would be useful upgrade on a driver like mine. I just looked at my painted 67's and you guys are correct. No dimples on mine.
