Using a newer style bed?
If you have the later style bed aand want to make the wheel openings match the front you may want these pieces to mold into your fenders. I have both sides and thought I'd offer them to the members before junking them. they came from a very good bed with only surface rust. Also have a frame that P.O. trashed most of it, but it has good radiator mounts and bed stands, etc. if anyone needs any of that

Re: Using a newer style bed?
Wow! The PO cut up a good bed? I've seen them go for $500 and up over here. A few years ago someone was selling one for $700 with tailgate.

No, I cut it up myself. I am using most of it (including the tail gate). But I thought somebody might need these.

Re: Using a newer style bed?
The newer style beds have fiberglass. I am in the process of selling a 90's model step.. however not sure about the fleets they might be metal..
Also I would only need the drivers side but if its the same price for both I guess two is better than one.

Re: Using a newer style bed?
1LO C10, I realize the newer beds have fiberglass sides and fenders but it is easier to reshape fiberglass with panels such as this than to try to weld and grind metal.
bguild, the price is the same for one or two - $0. Just the shipping which is about $25.00. If you need them let me know and send delivery address. God Bless. |

Re: Using a newer style bed?
you say you have a frame? i need the mounts for the bed that are riveted to the frame. the ones nearest the rear wheel on the front side. they hang over the side of frame.
thanks
