Hello/My Truck

Hello, I'm bad at introductions so... I'm 18. I'm from Sinking Valley, PA. This is my truck.

Cab: 69 GMC
Bed: 85 Ford Ranger bed (widened)
Frame: 71 Chevy
Engine: 305
Drivetrain: 4x4
Tires & Wheels: Mastercraft Courser A/T's on 19?? Jeep wheels
Condition: Solid, excluding the bed, but what else can you expect from a ford?
Story: My grandfather built it for me when I was 7, knowing it would have to sit for years... Recently he chose to start a lot of family trouble and took off, leaving it to me.
Goal: I couldn't see putting it on the road, for the main reason of gas consumption, but that aside it's going to need a lot more than I have to get it ready for inspection. I've decided to keep working on it for fun and experience, but with the end result being a good backwoods trail truck.

Notes: The bumper got ripped up while having some fun... As you can see those tires aren't the best, and while climbing a small hill I lost grip and slid sideways just enough to get up against a tree. I refused to try going forward and steering away from the tree(putting the rest of my cab at risk), so I just put it in reverse and eased it back, pulling the bumper out to a right angle. After getting it back to the garage, it wasn't anything a little redneck body work couldn't fix. (jumping up and down on a crowbar pry it back into place, then fine tuning it with a few good kicks)

Thoughts/suggestions/crit is welcome.
