will the bed from a 65 C10 fit on a 63 C20 are the beds the same ?

Yes, they should be. 60-62 had a wider frame.
Now being silly, they both have to be longbeds or shortbeds, but that never stopped anyone here from modifying either.

they all interchange except the cross sills were different for 60-62 different bolt locations due to wider frame
