LS2 Build/Motor Mounts

I am thinking about doing an ls2 swap out of a trailblazer ss. Is there a build thread on here of someone doing an ls2 swap? I looked through 73-87 and didnt see one. I was also wondering if s&p motor mounts would also work with the ls2 like they do with the lq4 and lq9, wasnt sure if the block locations were any different. Thanks

As far as I know, the external demensions are the same and so are the mount points.

Re: LS2 Build/Motor Mounts

I used a LS2 from a 2005 SSR (Trailblazer Platform). I used the stock (SSR) motor mounts for clearance reasons. See my build thread.
