8 lug wheel choices

There may be another thread about this on here but I couldn't find one. Im looking to retain my 8 lug hubs and I want to get some new wheels and was wondering if you guys had some info on 8 lug wheel selections and where to find them. I don't want anything fancy, something that either looks like the original wheels or that would somewhat fit the era. Actually there's a guy on another forum with 20" steelies which I think were 6 lug but they looked really good on his stepside. Just lookin for info and photos too if you have any!

Re: 8 lug wheel choices

You won't find a steel wheel above an 18" off the shelf that I know of. As for 8 lugs, you can always go with a stock wheel off a newer truck like a 17" mag from a newer Silverado on the cheap. Centerline sells direct and I know they have wheels like the Smoothie on clearance for about $180 each, but I'm not sure if they have an 8 lug.

I was going to try and leave mine 8 lug, but the lack of aftermarket brake options quickly put a stop to that.

<edit> And an 18" Rally will run you about $300 each, so not a cheap option by any means.
