LQ4 quick disconnects
I was trying to search the FAQ on LS swaps; I could have sworn a page had fitting sizes on it. I'm trying to find the quick disconnect sizes on the fuel rail (integrated fpr) on the lq4 (2003) with the return system.
I think one is 3/8 and the other is 5/16ths but can't remember, and need to order some parts. If anyone knows what size they used, let me know. Thanks/

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
I thunk they were AN fittings, but I checked on performance trucks.com and ls1tech and all I find are what you already know or said.

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
they are def quick connects (an's would be an aftermarket rail). I took a look on ls1tech too, but its too f-body oriented for me to find lq pertinent information some times.

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
I used AN fittings at my rails. there is also some that have the quick disconnects and an AN fitting on the back, Jeggs and Summit sell them, I think they are from Russel.

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
Supply is 3/8", Return is 5/16". Or -6 & -5 if your going AN.

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
I assume the fitting you are after is the same one that I'll be needing for my setup. If so, they can be had in a couple different colors and usually have a -6an male fitting.
For the 3/8": Jegs 555-103101 black Russell 640853 black Russell 640850 blue For 5/16": Jegs 555-103100 black Russell 640863 black Russell 640860 blue

Re: LQ4 quick disconnects
Pretty much, although the ones I was looking at were the Russel with the barbed ends. Summit has them in regular black.
