net tailgate
Alright folks here is the problem. I have a sweet and naturally fotina paint job my tailgate is another story its rusty and in primer and looks like hell. I'm trying to find a white turbo net to match my blue and white paint scheme can anyone help me out on where to find one? Also the ones I have found fit 52 in or larger width beds but I have a step side truck and it is hardly 50 in wide. Thanks guys and gals

Re: net tailgate
If you find one you like and its too large, take it to an upholstry(sp) shop to trim it down to size for you.

Re: net tailgate
This outfit claims to have one that is under 50" wide and available in white. I don't know anything about them but may be worth looking at.

Re: net tailgate
Is your tailgate the original one that matched the rest of the truck at one time? If so, CLR or muriatic acid the surface rust off then color sand the primer with a sanding block and 1600 grit to get the primer off and expose the original paint. Then satin clear the tailgate to preserve it.

Re: net tailgate
Markbo1 that is perfect thanks for the help. I couldn't turn up anything searching but I knew I had seen one before. I will save the tailgate because its in good shape there is just no way I could get it to match my truck
