'72 GMC 3/4-ton Shock Recommendations
Any shock will be better than the worn out units on it now but thought I'd check before I headed down to my local auto parts store (most likely NAPA).

I had the big yellow Monroe Gas Magnums on my K20 years ago, but they got soft & mushy before too long. Switched to KYB Gas-A-Justs and have been very pleased with them. They are a bit firm at first but soon break in to a decent ride with good control, and not too expensive.

Sounds good. Going to soak the bolts in PB blaster for about three years and then give it a go!

I have Gas-Adjusts on my C-20. They have a very firm ride. If I was going to do it again I might try KYB GR-2's at least in the front.
