Re: Sound like a good deal?
I'm sure the crappy cell phone pics don't do that thing justice! I would jump all over that, you'll be so far ahead of the game when it comes to the body!

Re: Sound like a good deal?
Hands down the $4k truck would be much cheaper in the end.

Re: Sound like a good deal?
the 4k would be the way to go for me, as said in alabama 74 older does not require a title/just a bill of sale, heard that with my own ears form the lady at the reg. office. I was in the process of buying a truck that came from ala., but here in TN we have to file for a title.

Re: Sound like a good deal?
It all depends on what your going to do with it in the end. How much are you going to do yourself etc... The are two different animals. The body being perfect in the other is cheaper than having someone else do the repairs. Are you looking for the patina look and leaving it rough on the S10. All this comes into play. Is the other 327 engine easily repairable? Alot of questions that you need to ask yourself. Hope my .02 helps.

Re: Sound like a good deal?
It would have cost more than 4 grand to get the other one in that good of shape. This one is a much better deal.

Re: Sound like a good deal?
Nice truck. Later model 235 looking at it. Should be a good way to go. I wouldn't do an S10 swap with that, you aready have a good foundation with that. Hope you get it running as it is!
