Master options
I used the entire brake system from an 85 blazer on my 69 project. I am not crazy about the plastic/aluminum master cylinder that the blazer uses. Does anyone know of an old school IRON master that will interchange with the aluminum one. I searched, and could not find a cross reference anywhere.
Thanks in advance. |

Re: Master options
I've used the 73-up brake 'system' on several pre-73 projects. The master cyl's didn't change to alum until the later 80's. Anything before that would be all cast iron. Even for my current 89 dually, I could get either the alum version or all iron.

Re: Master options
Thanks, I'll get one for a little earlier truck and see if that will work.
