Heart Break Thread
We've all seen bad things happen to good vehicles. Let others see the pain you got. Here's mine. I had this truck for 2 hours before the battery died and someone rear ended me at 50+ mph.
And here's the after video. I just wish I could have picked that Corvette motor out...

Re: Heart Break Thread
I hate when that happens to one of these old trucks. and right after you got it too. Makes you wish you go smash the favorite family heirloom of whomever hit you!

Re: Heart Break Thread
Oh good God, glad you're ok. That does not look like a fun time. How far did you move? I got rear ended by roughly an '00-'02 Ford Ranger Edge and was moved 117 feet from the point of impact while I was stopped and my foot on the brakes.

Re: Heart Break Thread
I had to limp my truck home not too long ago. The rocker arm nuts are not holding. They will need adjustments again soon. I plan to change them all next time around.

Re: Heart Break Thread
Best of luck that it's a quick easy fix. I'm not really a gearhead so I'm unsure if anythings an easy/cheap fix, ever. Haha.

Re: Heart Break Thread
I'm not dead because of some great engineering and a manual transmission. It was a 04 nissian sentra ser spec v Nismo edition. it was one sweet ride. i was going around 40-45 the other vehicle was going 70. Docs told me I might ot walk properly ever again if I do actually walk. I'm too stubborn to die and to not be able to walk.

Re: Heart Break Thread
Na I can walk run jump I'm about 95% to normal. I used to skate board back in the day I can do that again now too. Like I said I'm too stubborn tell me I can't do something I'm going to do it just to prove I can.

Re: Heart Break Thread
Best part for me is that I was wearing my seat belt or else I would have became a part of the other vehicles undercarriage.
