how to install drop shackels

any info on how to do this, or in other words shackels that drop 2', i have a 87 1/2 pick up long bed

Is there something specific that your unsure of, or the whole process in general? I can tell you that the install "might" require a notch in the bed brace channel. It will depend on the length of leaf spring combined with your wheel base. If you need a complete walk through let me know.

i know how to put them in i just want to make sure im puting them in right lol, i was hopeing that there was some other way with out cuting my bed brace but, you and many others have said , and i have looked at my truck that im going to have tooo thanks for the help

I hate cutting the brace too, but you don't have much choice. It's a pretty simple task, just make sure you support the frames then jack the axle up till there is no tension on the shackle. The rest is bolt on and admire...
