Sold this one to get my '68. The 72 GMC was the truck I had....the 68 is the truck I wanted....so now I have the truck I wanted
![]() Also sold my jeep since I wouldn't have time for it: ![]() Bought this one to use the engine originally, but ended up flipping it for a $1500 profit ![]() |

Re: What did you sale to fund a 67-72 project!!!
I traded my 1950 buick roadmaster no engine/trans For my 67 chevy c10 longbed. Most of everyone thought I am stupid for trading a beauty for a junkyard/farmer/gardener truck haaaa. I love chevy/gmc trucks especially 1972 and OLDER. Nothing beats and old truck.

No kidding! I'm going to sell my 84' F250, but it's to help pay for the Tacoma I just bought. It was a choice between the Ford and the Chevy...I like them both and the Ford is a better work truck because of the 8' bed, but the C10 will do good too. Might just get a rack for lumber, etc. |

Re: What did you sale to fund a 67-72 project!!!
I sold my black 68 GTO a few years back, wasn't to fund my truck exactly had not decided what I was going to get, turned out thats what I got, has been a disaster for the last year and a half. I work for American Airlines, I paint Houses on the side to pay for all the work being done. I may post the long story of how much a pain in the a$$ this truck has been, don't know if anyone wants to hear me wine.
