Factory aluminum wheels

Cleaned up fairly good. Few nicks and scratches but no major curb rash. Tires are matching set and have some life left. Have all lug nuts as well. I'd like $175. No shipping. Might be willing to trade for something.

Re: Factory aluminum wheels

What did you use to clean them up? they look great, my wife has a 93 silverado with those wheels and hers are filthy.got the truck from a friend who didn't take very good care of outside, great mechaniclly but kinda dirty on the outside.

Re: Factory aluminum wheels

I just used some wheel and tire cleaner from Advance Auto and a toothbrush. Had to do a lot of scrubbing. They look good but not really as good as the pics suggest. Ha.

Re: Factory aluminum wheels

I honestly have no idea. My guess would be no because I think they have some kind of clear coat on them. But, like I said, I really don't know.

Re: Factory aluminum wheels

These wheels are factory clear coated...now you talk about shine...use the paint stripper in a spray can..the clear coat will turn yellow.when it bubbles off ..get it all off..then polish them and they will shine like chrome...you will have to keep them polished or re-clear coat them after you are done..

They look great polished up. for a stock wheel...
