What's the correct windshield wiper refill length for '70 C10?
I drove my truck to my dads house Thanksgiving day and ended up leaving it there. (Bought a Nissan pickup the next day and ended up driving it home). Anyway I know my wipers are bad and need new refills because we are forecast to get rain. Everything I'm seeing says 15" but I don't think mine are that long. For some reason I'm thinking 13". Are they the same for all 67-72 or are some different?

My local store didn't carry 15", but 16" fit just fine.

I did a little research and found that the part number for Anco refills to fit the stock Trico stainless holder is U-15-R. I called around and an AutoZone not too far from me had three sets at $6.99 ea. Got them on the 71 GMC in about 5 mins and work great. You have to ask for that PN. Otherwise they are like a deer in the headlights. Counter jockey at the zone d that they are sending a lot ofthese back to their warehouse due to inactivity.

Thanks for the number....doing a quick google search...rockauto sells them for 3.23...you can use the 5% off code but shipping is 8.34 or something similar. However, if you're like me and have 20plus pair of wipers with bad inserts
 it makes it work out well because shipping stays at 8 something with 20sets...Posted via Mobile Device

 These have metal clips instead of the plastic ones.The arms are silver instead of black also. |

If I remember correctly you can actually run up to a 17 in blade
