regarding the turn signal switch - is it for tilt or non tilt - i dont have a parts manual to check number . i have a non tilt 72 column . please if you can further identify the application - thanks

Tim Tygarts shows it for a 1967-1968. The do not specify if it's for a tilt, or not. May be the same for 1967-1972, though.

The 1997965 was superseded to 1997990, which was superseded three or more times. The part # 1997990 is in the 46-72 Chevrolet parts book that fits 68-72 Chevy trucks CK10-30 w/o tilt wheel. It would fir 67 were it not for the emergency flasher built into the switch.
