Integrated seat belts?

Show me your bucket seats with the integrated seat belts please.

And if you don't mind giving the details like what they came out of and how hard they were to install in your truck it would be a great help. A picture or 10 is worth a thousand words.

I have the 40/20/40 seats from an 02 Chevrolet truck. They fit fine but I did need to adjust the floor just a bit for the center seat to sit right

These seats are from a '03 GMC Yukon. I didn't use them in my truck because they shortened up the legroom even with the gas tank removed. Installation would have been simple.

Thats one problem with the buckets when your tall, I`m 5`8, they are just about right, they do sit a little lower than the stock seat which helps with the extreme foot angle with stock gas peddle. Some here have gone with the seats from summit, generally thinner back rest ones.

I'm 6'2" and I was wishing I were 5'8" when I had to scrap my plans to use those seats. Sooo comfy!

I am 6'3" and they are a little cramped but I liked the belts and the comfort. wish I could do the buddy buckets but not near my price range.

I have been looking at these and these might be nice but dont have the integrated belts...

I just realized that I don't have a picture of them installed. They are very comfortable and nice to have the belts. However, at 6' 3" they are definetely tight. They are really thick on the back so they keep you more forward than the stock bench. On a small window I like to take the headrests out so nothing shows in the window, the belt part is hidden. On a BBW their going to show. Installation was fairly easy. I put metal risers under the buckets because the center console sits higher. The better answer is to change the center legs to fit with the buckets sitting down, but I am only using them temporarily.

Plush comfy modern seats are too large to provide adequate room for an average guy and the smaller thinner ones can get a bit tiresome on a long drive. I put buckets from a Nissan Hardbody mini truck and they're not too bad. I had them upholstered to look like the early Mustang seats. (Which are what I really wanted but were way more money.) They do get a bit stiff after an hour or so, but I just stop and take a break. (I'm 6'5 so puffy seats aren't an option)

'04 Honda Civic. The center is made from the back seat. I made a simple square tubing frame using the base of an original (but t.r.a.s.h.e.d.) bench. VERY comfy.

I had Durango seats in mine first then put 07 Sierra seats in it. The Durango seats were better as they sat further back but the Sierra seats are far more comfortable.

Hey skinny g I’ve watched lots of your vids including your seat install. You’re obviously mentally ill with the OCD but we don’t hold it against you because you’re such a good welder😉. My question to you and the others is whether you think most of these newer seats would fit with the gas tank in the stock location. It will be awhile until I move mine, if I ever do.

Thanks for the kind words. I couldn't answer whether seats will work with the stock tank - the pickup in mine was plugged solid, and I drove it home off a jerry can. I never used the stock tank.
