2" drop coils,drop shocks really needed?
i plan on dropping my 78 2wd k5 with 2.5" spindles and 2" coils! shocks really gonna bottom out? Is there anyway for me not to have to pay around 80$ for new front shocks? Im on a budget build haha

No you don't need drop shocks for the front. Actually your lower control arms will scrape the pavement before or at the same time your shocks bottom out. You will need them for the rear with a flip kit if you don't use shock extenders with stock shocks.

What about for a 97 2dr Tahoe with a 4ish drop. Can I get away with just running stockers?
