1970 rear drop

i have a 70swb with 95 glass stepside,because of the weight difference on the bed change will a 4''drop spring get me 4'' or do i need 5''drop springs?or what should i do? thanks

Welcome to the board!

This is not an exact science.
There is no way to know what drop via "age sag" your original 40+ year old springs are at,... compared to brand new stock springs,... or drop springs.

I suggest you look at a few trucks on the board, and try to decide.
It will be a guess at best.

I always order 6" drop springs from Early Classic Enterprises when I drop these trucks.
