4 links on a 1991 suburban
I've been doing some research and was reading on a triangulated 4link and a parallel 4 link. Will either of these fit a suburban? Which one would work best? It's hard finding setups for a burban. Any information would help thanks!

I'm going to assume you are talking about lowering it. If you lift it none of this should be an issue. I think a triangulated 4 link would be nice since you would eliminate the need for a track bar. You could even do bolt-in crossmembers. Are you going to drop it to the ground? If so you might want to think about C-notching the frame too

Yeah I've bagged the front already now I wanna work on the back. so a triangulated would be best...I wanna get my burb as low as possible, I'm willing to cut the rear floor I guess.

Re: 4 links on a 1991 suburban
I think it also depends on the wheel combo you are using. You might have to stretch the tubs and raise them on the interior of the truck. If you want to go as low as possible you may end up notching it which would mean more bumps in the floor. I have seen some really low Suburbans with stock rails and stock floors so I'd get the wheel combo you want, take the springs out and see how close you can get the axle to the frame with that tire and wheel combo on it. Level it out with the front and then figure out how much travel you will need with the suspension.
http://mysite.verizon.net/triaged/4l...tml/index.html Copy and paste this into a a new window and play around with it. It is a 4 link calculator from a guy at another forum I came across one day on a google search. http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=204893 Sometimes I can impress myself that i can still find bookmarked pages when I have thousands of them. Well anyhow, good luck and I hope someone else chimes in who has done this with a Suburban like yours to offer more insight
