Heater fan wiring issue

Hi Guys,
I need your help regarding some wiring issues for the heater fan. I can't find any wiring diagram for it. Please help me to piece the puzzle together.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards from Germany.
Martin

Re: Heater fan wiring issue

Short orange wire at #4 on ballast resistor to #1 blower motor (thru grommit on firewall).
Large orange #4 on ballast resistor to #6 on switch.
#2 blue on ballast resistor to # 8 on switch.
#3 yellow on ballast resistor to # 7 on switch.
# 5 on switch is 12 volts DC to # 9 fuse block (connects at lug on fuse block marked heater).
Hope this helps Larry

Re: Heater fan wiring issue

Someone was reading my mind...my truck also has all the wiring to the heater either cut or missing. This post is a major help. Thanks.

Re: Heater fan wiring issue

Hi Larry,
thanks a lot for the fast response. The rewiring is done.
Unfortunately the fan motor is seized up.
I suppose that this was the reason why the preowner had cut all wires.

Best regards from Germany
