So I just put a band new engine and what to rewire the hole truck. Anyone done this before?

I used the painless kit...took me 4 days, but I'm pretty slow...

I bought an M+H new reproduction harness through GMC Pauls.
I did my whole truck with their harness's, from head lights to tail lights. They are bang on reproductions. They use quality wire, use factory style terminal ends, wire wrap and are competitively priced. I HIGHLY recommend them. I re-wired my entire 72 4x4 Burb with American Autowire "Classic Update" series harness. They are specific for our trucks and have the blade fuses. Absolutely an awesome kit, great directions, quality stuff, factory terminals, etc. The only mod you need to make is slightly enlarge the hole in the fire wall.

I used the same kit. Took me about a weekend to wire the whole truck. A little pricey, but really worth it

When you get around to putting in the new wiring, let me know. I will be doing that to mine in the near future and wouldn't mind learning what I am up against while lending a hand.

I just got done rewiring my Blazer a couple of weeks ago and now it is finally street legal. I used the Painless Kit and was rather impressed with it. Especially considering that I have never rewired anything before. Good luck with it. I actually thought it was harder getting rid of all the old crap versus' installing all the new wire.
