Roof skin from a 67-72?

Anybody with a f'd roof like i have along the whole rear half ever thought of using a skin from another year that is available to purchase and other than making people think when they see it,getting my roof repaired at the same time, just wondering if anyone has tried or thought of trying it

Re: Roof skin from a 67-72?

I started a thread about roof modifications (not chopping) and it wasn't well recieved.

I was thinking about reducing the length of the overhangs front and back.

Here a pic of that 67 its all covered in truckin mag.

On a 72 i think the lines of a 2000 up roof would match up better as far as roundness.
