Need Power Steering brackets for Inline 250
Does anyone know where I can get the power steering brackets to mount to a 250 motor? Sorry I am new to this forum and haven't seen anything in there that relates to those. I have a 1960 Chevrolet C10 with the torsion bar front end still in it that my dad and I plan to rebuild. We have a 700R4 transmission to mount to the motor so we have overdrive and we are adapting a 90's stepside on it as the box was free. If anyone can help with the brackets or if anyone has seen pictures on how people mount that stepside box on please let me know.

Re: Need Power Steering brackets for Inline 250
is this the orig motor that you are talking about? it would have been a 235 i6. the 230 250 eng did not come out until 63. just in case. p/s is not easy to find for 230-250 but a lot easier than for a 235. ebay

Re: Need Power Steering brackets for Inline 250
Here are some pics of my 250 with power, I took these off a 79'ish nova 20 years ago. It was an intergrated head but with a lil modification they fit nicely. Let me know if you cant find some and I will look around for you.

Are you running a single belt system in there?

Re: Need Power Steering brackets for Inline 250
It is a V belt system off the nova... one belt for the alt, one for the power steering pump, and one ( which I havent used yet ) for the A/C
