I was trying to figure out my gas tank switch problem when i came across a blown 10amp fuse, i replaced it and i have no idea what i fixed lol! does any one know what the 10amp fuse located on the far right column of the fuse panel does?

not sure on that. On the fuel tank switch you should have a pink or pink w/black wire going there to a IGN port.

Yes i did find the pink wire from the fuel tank switch, and it was pluged in and apeard to be fine, i was just wondering what that fuse that i replaced was suposed to do.

Doesn't it say on the fuse block where it goes in white lettering?
If you have a owners manual, a illustration in it should tell you what that fuse position is for.

well all i can tell you right now is that if you look at yours its the only 10amp fuse on the far right hand side colum(up and down) i will get a picture tommorow when its light out. its not that imprortant just wonderd what i did.

Thats better. I am looking at a Haynes manual right now and in that position is suppose to be a 15 amp fuse for the radio and not a 10 amp. The one right below it should be for the wiper, which is a 25 amp fuse and right above it is another 15 amp fuse for the brake/hazard. To the left of the fuse is a 25 amp fuse, which is for the heater/air conditioning. The thing to the left and below and is silver in color is the power window circuit breaker. Hope this helps you.

In addition, just because there is a 10 amp fuse in there, it doesn't mean its suppose to be there. Maybe someone stuck it there because that's all they had.

Well that is entirely true, and if it is for the radio thats why i havnt noticed a difference! the PO really made a mess down there and the radio was hooked up through a seperate wire that can be seen running in the top right corner of the picture with an inline fuse!
