1949 Guage Clusters replacement
Guys, should I rebuild or replace my rusted out dash clusters? The guages are all rusted and unreadable. Is it worth rebuilding and does anyone know of any rebuild videos.

I don't know of any videos but clean them up and buy some decals. If the gauges still work, you should be all set.

Re: 1949 Guage Clusters replacement
I agree with Trekster, I would definitely try and clean them up and see if you can get a set of decals to recover them, it is a lot cheaper than buying the complete rebuild set for around 400 bucks.
I had the same questions about my gauges as well and I posted this thread. I got some good advice on it that has really helped, you should check it out: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=531049
