Which are the bigger pistoned calipers?
Hey guys, swinging by from the 67-72 forum as I have a 73-87 front crossmember, drop spindles etc on my 72. My question was this: I have the HD 1.25" rotors and I am getting ready to put new calipers on. I thought I read somewhere that in the HD calipers that there were some that had larger diameter PISTONS than others. Does anyone know the application or a part number for these? Thanks !!!

Re: Which are the bigger pistoned calipers?
My 85 C20 Suburban has 12.5" x 1.28" rotors, The Caliper pistons are bigger than a C10 piston.....3.15" vs 2.94".
Tell the part store you have a 85 C20 with a "JB7" brake system. |
