The pic is a 07 & up Gen IV engine, And could be a AFM engine.
Proceed with caution....Gen IV stuff is more expensive than Gen III stuff.

The stuff about GM going broke & pulling engines off the line sounds like B.S.

It says it needs an intake but the pic shows one? Don't think that's a pic of the actual engine. Also, was GM going broke in '06?

Sounds like it failed quality control and an employee got to take it home on the cheap.
Probably has some inherent defect.
