Any experiance with Gearhead Steering Column?
I'm interested in opinions on a Gearhead chrome, column shift, tilt steering column. I'm going to check one out that's for sale tomorrow. He says it's new (never installed). He was going to put it in his K5 but decided to go with a floor shift. He's asking $300. I looked it up on the Gearhead website, they go for $295. So I obviously wouldn't be giving him full price.
My plans all along is to go with a Flaming River column, as we all know you get what you pay for, and considering what I've already put into my build I don't want to skimp on a bad column. But I'd still like to hear about these Gearheads. Any quality or horror stories? Thank you
