5.3 Stroker Question????

I got a friend who was wondering if a 6.0 crank would fit into a 5.3. If so, what rods, piston would have to be used. Also, what cubic inch would it displace, etc.... Pros, Cons????

Re: 5.3 Stroker Question????

The cranks are the same, it's the bore that is different. Nothing would change and the pistons wouldn't fit. Now, if you bored it to ls1's bore (3.905 maybe?) and put in a 4 inch stroker crank, you would get that magical 383.
