new from San Diego

hey fellow c10 juckies
my name is robert im currently a vw tech/ former chevy tech
im 20 i have a 1970 c10 longbed
with a 250 l6 and three speed manual on the floor stick
alway s wanted one since i was a little kid just like my dad and finally got one
its my future rat rod and its going pritty good justr slow
2nd week having it the clutch went out/ luckily at work where my tools were
5th week 6th exhaust lobe completely gone so i put in a big cam and lifters to give it a nice gurgle
i had the cylinder head rebuilt/ made it run new and smooth
went oldschool with the cherry bomb straight through glass pack
loudes daily driver i know in SD
going with the average ratrot flat blck
painted my 15" steelied bright breen with some moon hub caps/ no beauty rings
replaced my turn signals with mesh type sheet metal to give more of a ratrod look
i made my own shifter wth a WWII baseball grande- together one inch from mirror
it has a standard bench seat/ original (great shape)
has quick release steering wheel for security purpose because of neighbor hood i live in

i put some projector headlight because the seal halogens wernt cutting it and just looked like everyones elses

still learning alot of what this truck is capable
if you have any advice toss it my way!!!
