headers, 1970 c10 5.3
i am doing a 5.3 swap and i am going to be looking to buy headers soon, what headers will fit that are reasonably inexpensive?

Yep, they're really stainless. I questioned it myself at first. The come with port gaskets, but no collectors or collecter gaskets. I just bought some collectors and the aluminum gaskets from a local hot rod shop.

I had to grind a small section of the engine block where there is a big squared off block that sticks out. It's my understanding that the iron blocks don't have this issue. Also, where I'm running a 700R4, the inspection cover mounting "ears" interfered with the collectors. If you're using a 4L60E, this isn't an issue at all.
Also, there's no O2 bung in these, so an exhaust shop will have to weld one in the pipes.
