Looks good man, are those the front spring hangers from the 87 also? Good to see that you are going with the fleetside bed...

Re: anyone swicth a BBW cab to the small back window?
Yes those are the spring hangers from a 87 all the suspension is from a 87 I had to move the shackles back for the front springs had to redrill holes for it to all go thru the frame was a lot of work but I like it better than the original and I have taken alot of pride in this build didnt so much in the first one I built 12 years ago although from a distance with the tires on it, it looks dam good but this one will look way better

Your color Blue and your seats look just like mine!
I had taped the door seals in place (you are seeing the tape). Mine is also a BBW!

Re: anyone swicth a BBW cab to the small back window?
I like your taste my seats aren't bolted in yet I havent figured out how I am gonna do the console because when its up I want it to not touch the back of the cab and when its up far enough to miss the cab when up the front wont touch due to the hump in the floor do you have any picture of how you mounted your seats and console? and does your console fold up all the way so someonce can sit on it? I got kids so it has to fold up for now

Re: anyone swicth a BBW cab to the small back window?
The console does flip up!
I just positioned it as you said, so it doesn't touch the tank! I can't remember which but either the seats or the console had dual holes in the mounting feet at the rear feet. I just made some standoffs out of stainless tubing front the front feet on the console to bridge the gap you are noticing! You can see the gap really well when you don't have the carpet installed, but once you put the carpet in it just kind of blends into the carpet. The really important thing is to get you driver seat where you like it, then align the console where it doesn't touch when up! Match the passenger side seat position aligned with the driver seat! Drill your holes and use really big washers underneath the truck! Keep those kids safe and secure; the bolts will not pull through if you use big washers! Also, thx for your words and you have great taste as well! Oh I see you have powered seats as well, I used a battery charger to position them and to move them when bolting them in! If your console is hitting the hump and stopping it you might have to create some notches in the hump... Also I noticed that you do not have the throttle mounted in the dash! I don't either but I punched the hole larger and mounted a second 12v cig lighter for more power ports! Just a thought..... Posted via Mobile Device

Re: anyone swicth a BBW cab to the small back window?
Like I said the carpet hides everything.
At the time I wasn't trying to take many pictures, sorry. I didn't ever take any pictures of the seats going in. But I know others have used our seats, on here.. You could possibly get a thread going and see if anyone is in the process now or took some pictures... It's a stretch but on here anything is possible, these guys make things so much easier! Give it a shot! I know there was a thread on " let's see your seats" I think was the title... So fire a thread off a see what you can find out! Sorry, but we're not the only ones with these maybe you'll get lucky! Posted via Mobile Device
