Installed 5"cpp drop sprind and trac bar in the rear, along with new center support bearing and center u joint from the zone. The front was lowetered with a torch by PO. Took it for a shirt test ride and now there is a small click click click in the rear and alot of clunks and thumps feom around the trans all the to tje front. What should be my first concern? The click in the rear was present prior only if there was any weight in the bed. Thanks

I have to repair a lot of driveshafts that have been maintained by professional mechanics.
Did you mark everything, is the bolt on yoke tight, are all of the clips in the ujoints, did you replace the straps on the pinion yoke, does the pinion yoke still have the locating tabs.

I can probably assume you used house/precision ujoints.. check for excessive endplay and you may even be able to twist them by hand. Good news you can take them back (lifetime warranty LMAO) and get some spicer or neapco joints.

Yes i made sure to mark everything to make sure they went back together clocked the same way. Tabs are there and joint sits in good and all feel ok. The clicking i hear was there previously but only when there was something in the bed. It seems to go away when im moving faster than "driveway" speed. I trimmed the front bump stops and things are a little better but im guessing the front geometry along with stock placement and length shocks are part of the problem

What's your pinion angle?
Sounds like u-joints are cracking.

Look for clearance around the driveshaft... it may now be bumping into your exhaust or a crossmember. The exhaust could sway a bit gently tapping the driveshaft or it could be hitting elsewhere now that it is lowered.

on some not all cases of a 4-5 inch drop spring the tranny yoke will bottom out inside the tailshaft// destroys tranny and driveshaft

Thats actually what i was thinking his noise was too. I just added exhaust as a rule out too.
