61 GMC alternator wiring

I have a 61 GMC cab that i put on a 63 chevy 4x4 frame, in the process of the swap I must have forgot the alternator wiring in the 63 cab when I hauled it in. Im wondering how the generator was hooked up in a 61 gmc cab? or how people have hooked up an alternator?

Re: 61 GMC alternator wiring

Generators used an external voltage regulator mounted on the passenger side fender well. You shouldn't need any of that if you're going with an alternator.
