So bear with me if this is a silly question. I'm building a .030 over 6.0L. Cam specs are 223/230 .634/.608 114+4 will this cam make enough vacuum for my brake booster or do I need to look at hydroboost?

You have a high enough LSA that the brakes should work pretty much fine; you can always add a small vacuum resevoir if its something your really worried about, but it shouldn't be necessary.
