Just a little bit of a update
Well as some of you know i've been asking a lot of questions regarding disc brake convertions for the front and a few 12 bolt rear end questions. Well last weekend i thought i had every thing i needed to star tearing into the ol 64 GMC. So here is an update of what i've got done so far.
I was able to get the booster from the 2000 s10 in with the use of captainfab's booster braket. I got the bed tore off the ol girl and was able to get the 12 bolt rearend under her. But i'm waiting on the new U-bolts. right now it's held in with some C clamps! lol. I got all the front A-arms and spindles out from under her. And was able to get the new ones on and bolted in useing the new Ubolts for a 85 c10 to hold the lower A-arms on. And i cut half a coil off the spring to lower the front just a little. I still got a few thing to finish up and get but it's coming along nicely. Istiil have to put in my new bearing a seals in the front rotors. Still have to run the brake lines. and i have to get a differant U-joint for the driveshaft. but at least most of the hard work is done!

Glad to hear the projects coming along good. We'll need some more pics too.
