shifters
will a shifter (what you shift the trans with) from a sm465 fit in a sm420? guess i could heat and bend my 420. I like the way the 465 shifter is bent.

Both shifters will work in either transmission. My 465 shifter is different than my 420 shifter though in that the 465 shifter is not solid. The tip that engages the shift rails is a separate piece with rubber isolators which are supposedly for damping vibrations.
