Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Got my heater to work. This truck probably hasn't had the heater working in 20 years
![]() ![]() ![]() Then after seeing this I got a vacuum and sucked out all the leaves out of the cab/vents. ![]() Now when the weathers like this I can be nice and cozy! ![]() |

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Sunday, I was going to change trim rings and decided I would run it like this for a few days.
It would look good dropped about 2'' front and rear. |

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
I installed a Volante CAI today. And scribed off a piece of clear Lexan to redo the top from the Volante piece into a clear window, just for kicks. I had the piece of Lexan laying around so I figured why not?
![]() Next up? Exhaust! Last week was a new single DIN CD deck withe the adapter mount that has a small pocket underneath the deck so it doesn't just look like a "wrong-sized" stereo floating there in a flat piece of plastic.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Nate, Google it. You can find all kinds of videos and write ups. I remember see something on this before but never saw any real results till now. I was looking to see if that person would come back with some tips but who knows. It doesn't look like a great process but I definitely could find some uses for it.

Well Paws72, I think it looks a bit sinister the way it sits now, without the trim rings.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Thats got a mean Nascar look to it with the big lettering on the tires. I think a 6" drop would look sweet.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
new Fel pro one piece oil pan gasket installed today. hopefully no more leaks. It was a gusher before with the old worn out cork gasket that was in there.
