Re: Let's see some Long bed love
Beautiful truck. Sweet, a thread on longbeds. Hey any advice on lowering a 3/4 ton longbed without breaking the bank? I got some ideas, but I saw a bunch of lowered longbeds on this thread, so I was curious what you guys did.

Re: Let's see some Long bed love
I will add mine also. Plan is to lower it 2 or 3" all the way around and matte clear it, paint wheels and get different hub caps. Restore the inside of the cab so that it is pleasant to be in. Was thinking about putting a T5 in but after driving it around the city for a day made me change my mind.

Score! nice truck for the money.
That shingled hip-roof shell is quite unique too. |

Re: Let's see some Long bed love
Thanks. This is my beater, there isn't a straight panel on it and it's been done on an extremely limited budget. Once my house sells, I'm planning on building a pretty mean small block and swapping the SM465 for a 700R4.
