Radiator fan ?

Is the fan suppose to blow the air toward the engine or the radiator ? ...... I think the previous owner put the fan on backwards.

Thanks,
Rich

Re: Radiator fan ?

Something to consider:

late model engine with serpentine belt drive have a reverse rotation water pump. It is possible to have the wrong fan installed. Theoretically you cannot put it on backwards and change the airflow, but it would change the efficiency or amount of air.

Are you running traditional V belts or serpentine?
