Where is the best place to look for new gm body parts?

Best=Cheapest but not crappy overseas stuff.

Depending on what you need, your local GM dealer is best. The front fenders for these trucks are about $250 list right now. They are worth that rather than buying the cheapo $87 dollar ones and then buying the GM stuff later when you can't stand the crap any more. Doors on the other hand are too expensive to buy from GM ($700 each list) so finding nice used ones is worth spending time doing. Hoods are kinda in the middle, around 3-400 list.

I would never buy an aftermarket tailgate, they are thinner gauge sheet metal and will fold up when you put any weight on them. New GM ones are expensive, but the only way to go...

I agree 100% with Joe, there is no comparison for GM quality and fit...spend the money once...not twice.
