Calling Lexus / Toyota techs
Just got an '07 ES350. It acts like it doesn't recognize that there's a CD changer there.
None of the CD-related buttons on the radio face give any response. The Mode button on the steering wheel cycles the display from FM1 to FM2 to AM and back to FM1. I would expect some sort of error message if the unit itself was jammed, but there's nothing. The car came with a new battery-do I need a code to unlock something, or is this a bum unit? Thanks. Loren

Re: Calling Lexus / Toyota techs
If you "just got it" take it back to the dealer or car lot and have them fix it. It's got to be be under at least the sellers warranty.
