Oil residue in brake booster port?

Hey guys. Im finishing up my 5.3 swap in my 69. I was checking things over after running it up and down the road. I pulled the plug out of the back of the intake where the brake booster would go(im still running manual brakes). There was some motor oil sitting in it. Is this normal or is it from excessive blow by or something else. Doesny seem quite righr to me but im no expert. Motor supposed to have 100,000 miles on it.
