Help with Ride Tech suspension - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have ran into a minor snag with my truck. I'm at the last part of the suspension tear down on my 68 stepper. The cross member that's located under the cab has 2 rivets that are one the top of the frame and difficult to get to. Without removing the cab does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the rivets? These are the last 4 rivets before I start the rebuild so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fire....torching is the best way to get to the ones that are hard to reach with the grinder/air chisel method

Cut it from inside the frame rail and push it out the top.

Thats what I finally did. It took a bit of work but finally came out. A good nights sleep helps. Thanks for the help guys.
